Architectural Improvement Requests

All exterior modifications or improvements to your home — front, side, or backyard — require approval through the association’s architectural control process before work begins. This ensures each project adheres to the guidelines in the association’s governing documents, does not create a hazard to neighboring lots, does not encroach on prohibited easements, and does not detract from the overall aesthetic of the community. The process protects property values for you, your neighbors, and the association overall.

How to submit an application

  1. Log in to your TownSq profile at asen.sites.townsq.io.
  2. Select the Architectural Review feature on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Select “Submit Project” and fill in the necessary fields. You will be prompted to pay the $60.00 review fee in your application.
  4. Upload any files or pictures you have — plans, drawings, material samples, photos (strongly encouraged).
  5. Click “Save” at the top right of the screen to submit the project for review.

Once your project has been submitted, log back in anytime to see the status of your request in real time.

Review timeline

A full and complete application containing all pertinent information will maximize the chances of your application being processed quickly; however, the Committee is allowed up to 15 full days to respond and will aim to provide verdicts as expeditiously as possible. If you have not heard from the Community Manager within 15 days from the date of submission, please submit a request via TownSq.

Not using TownSq?

We strongly recommend that homeowners register on TownSq, as doing so enables them to interact with Goodwin, the management company, manage their association account, and submit applications. If TownSq is not available for you, please contact ACCReview@GoodwinTX.com to discuss other submittal options.
